Christy Vijay is a young gynaecologist from Bangalore in India. He was lost at night in the jungle and found sanctuary in a small tribal village where he discovered an amazing tiny hospital. With his expertise the village has become the safest and most successful place in the world for mothers to have babies.

One morning his Mum took him completely by surprise and sent him to enter a worldwide exam organised by the Royal College of Gynaecologists. Christy came third. He was parachuted into the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough in the United Kingdom to teach his successful methods from the East and learn new techniques from the West.

Christy's Kids is his not for profit initiative raising funds for the benefit of human kind using Christy's comprehensive skills and knowledge to promote compassionate care and safety worldwide for families throughout their lives.
